Class of 2016 Senior Spokesmodels

Before I get too caught up in my Class of 2017 Senior Season (which is completely sold out! woot!) I need to express my love and thanks to my Class of 2016 Senior Spokesmodels.  They are beautiful, sweet, fun, silly, kind, and goofy.  They make me feel young and loved.  They appreciate their pictures and they appreciate each other.  I wish I could just freeze time and not have them grow up quite yet.  Girls, thank you for an amazing year.  Thank you for being supportive of each other and of me and my business.  I love each of you individually and absolutely would not have enjoyed this year nearly as much without you.  Don't forget me and don't grow up quite yet!

Cheer {5th Annual Shoot!}

This year marked our 5th annual varsity cheer shoot for Pine Creek High School.  Each year we give the girls some creative control (with guidance, of course.)  This year we went with a "Spring Shower" theme.  The girls all looked so darling in their rain boots and the umbrellas just added to the mood.  I loved it and the rain even held off for us... although we were dressed to handle it! ;)  

Mallory, the "Nice Cheerleader"

Mallory is incredibly sweet, a little bit quiet, and a lot bit smart.  She's know for being the "nice cheerleader" which is such a compliment!  (Although I must say, every single cheerleader I have ever photographed has been very, very sweet to me.)  I loved taking pictures of her, playing with her doggies, and getting to know her amazingly darling family.

Ally

Ally.  She's just the cutest little vertically challenged thing you ever did see.  She is so very kind, a riot and oh-so musical.  (Plus her friends aren't 1/2 bad themselves. ;)) Ally, thank you for allowing me to take your pictures.  I had a blast with you!

Camille

Camille is so fun!  She is full of silly faces and was a trooper with the crazy weather.  It was rolling thunder when I left my house to meet up with her.  By the time we got to the location the weather was amazing!  We had a lot of fun and it even warmed up and got sunny!  YAY!

Lauren {Class of 2017}

Lauren was so darling.  She is reserved and quiet but once you break that shell (and get her dancing!) she's full of giggles and smiles.  I am forever grateful to her for allowing me to capture her true beauty!

Tarryn

Oh Tarryn.  You are the most adorable thing on the planet.  I loved spending time with this girl and her mama.  She was the absolute perfect way to finish up my senior season.   The weather was amazing.  The location was off the charts.  And her personality was top notch.  Plus, who is awesome enough to bring her own BMX bike (because she use to race, of course!)??  Tarryn!! Morgan

I have loved watching Morgan grow into the amazing young woman that she is today.  I have had the privilege of taking her picture through her cheer team the last few years.  She is an amazing gymnast who has been recruited by more than one school for next year.  I'm lucky if I can do a somersault!  ;) Hair: Ulta

Liz

I absolutely adore Liz and her mom.  They're hilarious!  (I like funny people.)  Liz is a spot girl... and has the legs to show it, not only with how toned they are but also with the scars!  Yikes!  She also happens to own one of the prettiest prom gowns in existence!  I kinda wanted to steal it... but I fought the urge.  Somehow I don't think it would have looked quite as fabulous as me.  ;) Hair:  Sara Munson

Kristi

Makaela

Merry Christmas!

I honestly can't even express how much I love Christmas!  The snow.  The songs.  The GLITTER!  The sharing and giving.  The decorations.  All of it!  But honestly, what I love most is that it really is the time of year that we can choose to focus on the birth of our Savior.  May this Christmas bring you and yours health and happiness.  Remember to count all of your blessings... I know that sometimes they are hard to see.

Nick and Naomi

Naomi is Bryan's youngest sister.  (Bryan's the oldest of 8!!)  I've known her since she was teeny tiny and have loved watching her grow up.  And I gotta say, she chose a good one.  Nick seems amazing.  He seems driven and kind.  He's funny and, most of all, puts up with this cute baby of the family.  ;)  I can't wait to get to know him better over the next forever and I'm super excited for my kids to have another uncle!  Congratulations, you two!  I have no doubt that the wedding will be far past perfect! Kiley

I have been taking pictures of Kiley for a few years now through the cheer team.  While she didn't cheer this year, she is still very involved in other areas of school like track.  She is an avid snowboarder, life-long cheer leader, track star, loves her time in the sun, and is completely adorable!

Nick

Nick is a super-jock.  He plays basketball and baseball at his high school.  I thought Tara and I were going to have to fight a little to get him out of his shell.  I was wrong.  He was such a trooper from the beginning of the shoot.  Plus, towards the end of his session when I asked him "Are you so done with this?" his response was, "Nah.  It's not as bad as I thought it was going to be."  Haha!  I'll take that as a win!
